Privacy Policy
Last updated: 7 October 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Byro Solutions, a brand of Galpitree Technologies Private Limited ("Byro Solutions", "we", "us"), handles personal information collected through this website. We are a cybersecurity and engineering firm, and we aim to collect as little personal information as possible.
1. Information we collect
- Enquiry details. When you use the contact form we receive your full name, corporate email address and the message you write.
- Basic technical data. Like any website, our hosting provider may log your IP address, browser type, device information and the pages requested, for security and reliability purposes.
- Email and phone. If you email or call us, we keep the details you share in that correspondence.
Please do not include passwords, access keys, vulnerability or exploit details, or confidential client data in the contact form. If you need to share sensitive material, ask us first and we will arrange a secure channel.
2. How we use your information
- To respond to your enquiry and scope a possible engagement.
- To communicate with you about our services, if you have asked us to.
- To keep the website secure, prevent abuse and diagnose technical issues.
- To meet legal, regulatory and contractual obligations.
We do not sell your personal information and we do not use it for advertising.
3. Basis for processing
We process the information you submit on the basis of your consent and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries, in line with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the Information Technology Act, 2000. For visitors in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, we rely on consent and legitimate interests under the GDPR.
4. Service providers and third parties
We share information only with providers who help us run the website and handle enquiries, and only as needed:
- our web hosting provider (GoDaddy);
- Google, which processes contact-form submissions through Google Apps Script and Google Sheets;
- Google Fonts and the cdnjs content delivery network (Font Awesome icons), which receive your IP address when your browser loads fonts and icons.
We may also disclose information where required by law, court order or a regulator, or to protect our rights and the security of our systems.
5. Cookies
This website does not set its own cookies and does not use advertising or analytics trackers. Third-party resources loaded by your browser, such as fonts, may process technical data under their own policies.
6. Retention
We keep enquiry details only as long as needed to respond and follow up, and generally for no more than 24 months after our last contact, unless an engagement or a legal requirement means we must keep them longer.
7. Security
We apply reasonable technical and organisational safeguards, including access controls on the systems that hold enquiry data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. International transfers
Our service providers, including Google, may store or process data on servers outside India. Where this happens, we rely on the providers' contractual and security commitments.
9. Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may ask us to give you access to your personal information, correct it, delete it, or withdraw your consent to our processing it. You may also raise a grievance with us. To do any of these, email contact@byrosolutions.com. We will respond within a reasonable time and, where the law sets one, within the legal timeframe. You may also complain to the Data Protection Board of India or, if you are in the EEA or UK, to your local supervisory authority.
